Driver Application Requirements 

  • No more than two moving violations and / or accidents in the most recent three years.

  • No more than two moving violations and / or accidents in the most recent year.

  • Drivers should have no “Major Conviction” within the past five years.

    • Driving or under the influence (DWI or DUI)

    • Leaving the scene of an accident

    • Reckless driving violations

    • Homicide or assault through use of a motor vehicle

    • Attempting to elude a police officer

  • Unacceptable drivers with 3 or more license suspensions in the past as a result of moving violation activity.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable employment history.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience

  • Current commercial driver license (CDL)

  • Applicant must successfully pass a D.O.T. Physical examination (including drug and alcohol screen) A D.O.T. / SAMHSA drug screen is required for all applicants

  • Applicant must pass a road test and be proficient with the operation of all equipment (trailers) operated by Statewide Crude Inc.

  • TWIC Card is required before employment.
